We appoint sustainability coordinators in our operations, responsible for monitoring, action planning, and updating our sustainability efforts. These coordinators will work closely with senior management to ensure our policy is up-to-date and aligned with global sustainability standards. A dedicated team will support the implementation and evaluation of these efforts.

We actively reduce disposable goods in our operations. Reusable bottles and recycling initiatives, including accessible bins for plastic, paper, and compostable materials, are integral to our waste management plan. Mega Water Sports prioritizes the procurement of locally sourced products, from fair-trade coffee to eco-friendly cleaning products. In line with our sustainability goals, we purchase in bulk to reduce packaging and CO2 emissions and support local economies by engaging with local suppliers.

To reduce energy consumption, our offices use energy-efficient devices and maintain a strict policy of switching off equipment when not in use. We are committed to promoting sustainable transport options for staff, including exploring public transport incentives and partnering with eco-friendly transportation providers.
